REFUND POLICY

No Refunds. No Exchanges. All sales are final.

We do not refund for digitally downloaded items. Once you have downloaded the product, it is your product.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the physical item you purchased is defective. The item cannot be a digital product. If you receive a defective physical item, please contact us at elbowmediastudios.com with details of the product and pictures of the defect. We will inspect the details you provide and respond with an answer in a timely manner.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
